1. What Information We Collect

This is a marketing and informational website. The only personal information collected is what you voluntarily provide when submitting a contact inquiry:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Any message you choose to include

That's it. Nothing is collected automatically beyond standard web hosting logs (see Cookies section below).

2. How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Your contact details will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Contact form submissions are processed through Formspree and delivered to the practice's email inbox.

3. What This Website Does NOT Collect

This is important, especially for a therapy website. This website does not collect, store, or process any protected health information (PHI), therapy notes, clinical records, or sensitive mental health data of any kind.

This site is a marketing and information resource only. It is not a client portal and does not connect to any electronic health record system. All clinical records for active clients are managed separately through a secure, HIPAA-compliant practice management system.

4. Cookies and Analytics

This site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect basic, anonymized analytics data (such as page views and general geographic region) as part of standard web hosting. No personally identifiable information is included in these logs, and no third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies are used.

If you wish to block all analytics, browser extensions such as uBlock Origin or Privacy Badger will do so effectively.

5. Third-Party Services

This website uses the following third-party services:

  • Formspree — Processes contact form submissions. Formspree receives your name, email, and message, and forwards them to the practice's inbox. Review their privacy policy at formspree.io.
  • Calendly — Used for scheduling free consultations. If you book through Calendly, their privacy policy applies to information you provide during booking. Review their policy at calendly.com.
  • Vercel — Hosts this website. Standard server logs may include IP addresses and browser information as part of normal hosting infrastructure. Review their policy at vercel.com.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of any personal information you've submitted through this site at any time. To do so, simply email therapist@ashleymead.com with your request. We'll confirm deletion within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also opt out of any future contact by replying "unsubscribe" to any email or contacting us directly.

7. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, please contact us immediately at therapist@ashleymead.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
